For cutting of material, we have a high-speed Adige cutting center, which can cut pipes up to a diameter of 80 mm with a maximum length of 7 m. We have a total of 3 of such lines available and the divided lengths are a maximum of 3.5 m.
The machinery also includes 2 band saws for cutting pipes in bundles. These bundles can have a maximum diameter of 260 mm.
For sheet metal cutting, we have a CNC plasma cutting machine that can process sheet metal with maximum dimensions of 3000 x 1500 mm. The machine can process sheet metal up to 48mm thick.
A TRUMPF punching machine processes sheet metal sheets with dimensions of 1250 x 2500 mm. Sheet metal sheets up to 6 mm thick can be processed.
CNC sheet metal table shears can process sheet metal up to a sheet thickness of 6 mm and a cutting length of up to 3 m.
The sheet metal hole saw can also process sheet metal up to 6 mm thick. Reaches a maximum diameter of 1800mm.
